Elite Toner Supply is a United States retailer of original manufacturer printer supplies. If you are not sure which cartridge your printer takes, or something is wrong with an order, write to us and a person will answer.
We reply within one business day. Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.
If your message is about an existing order, include the order number. If it is about which supply you need, include the printer model and the code printed on the cartridge you are replacing.
Where we ship from
This is our warehouse, not a walk-in shop. Orders are prepared and dispatched from here.

Every shipment is handed to the carrier with a tracking number, which appears in your confirmation email.
