We reply within one business day. Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.
If your message is about an existing order, include the order number. If it is about which supply you need, include the printer model and the code printed on the cartridge you are replacing.

Delivery is free on every order with no minimum, and any supply can be returned within 30 days of delivery with return postage paid by us. Payment is taken by our checkout provider; card details are never stored on this site.
