Returns and printer-match support

Your return window

You can return a supply for 30 days from delivery. We cover the return shipping cost. Send us the order number and we will issue a prepaid return label, so a supply that turned out to be the wrong one costs you nothing to send back.

What we accept back

Anything can come back: sealed, opened, or already installed and tried in the printer. If it is not the right supply for you, we take it back — we do not ask you to prove why.
